Analysis of materials and process parameters for large crushers and medium and large hydraulic equipment
I. Parameters of components for large crushers
1. Specifications: 377/320
2. Inner diameter parameters: 320+5 wire
3. Materials and structures:
Customized seamless steel pipes: high strength and good sealing, suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems or load-bearing components.
Hydraulic cylinders: As the cylinder body of the actuator of the hydraulic system, it needs to withstand the hydraulic oil pressure.
Customized flanges at both ends: used for component connection, the size and bolt hole position need to be customized according to installation requirements.
II. Parameters of components for medium and large hydraulics
1. Specifications: 351-280
2. Processing technology:
Finished product of rolling machine: directly formed by rolling process, no secondary cutting is required, high efficiency and good surface accuracy.
Inner hole process: rolling
Process advantages: rolling can improve the surface hardness and finish of the inner hole (Ra value is reduced), reduce friction loss, and enhance wear resistance.
3. Inner diameter parameter: 280+5 wire (280.05mm)
Precision requirements: Similar to large crushers, the inner diameter tolerance is strictly controlled to ensure that the hydraulic components fit tightly and avoid leakage.
A cylinder is a device that converts the pressure energy of compressed air into mechanical energy and belongs to pneumatic actuators.

Main structure:
Cylinder barrel: The main body of a cylinder that guides the piston to move in a straight line.
End cap: Seal both ends of the cylinder, forming a closed space with the cylinder.
Piston: It moves back and forth within the cylinder, separating two chambers.
Piston rod: connects the piston to external loads and transmits mechanical energy.
Seals: Ensure the sealing of the cylinder to prevent gas leakage.
